Hi Team SSQ,
We at the IT Team have moved SSQ over from LGFL Mail to Google Mail, there are a few key changes that you should know.
Firstly, all staff have had their email changed to end in @ssq.org.uk, to access your mail:
Open Chrome on your laptop or desktop and navigate to mail.google.com
Or download the Gmail App on your phone - iOS - Andriod
Secondly, Your email address will be the first initial of your name, followed by your last name @ssq.org.uk, for example:
Kelly Rowles = krowles@ssq.org.uk
Mutasim Khan = mkhan@ssq.org.uk
Your password should be the same as your old LFGLmail.
Lastly, Any email sent to your old email addresses will be automatically forwarded to your new inbox. Gmail does not use folders, your old folders from LGFL mail will come under tags instead.
