Please use the tool via Student Password Tool or by Search "Student Password" on The Source and selecting the tile shown.
How to use the Tool
Once you have opened the link above you should see a screen similar to this screenshot:
Click into the box where it says "Please Enter The Student's Full Name" and type the desired student's name until you see their name appear in the dropdown box and then click it. as seen below:
Next click the green button that states "Find Student" and you should see the box below labelled "Student's Details" fill up with information as seen below.
Check the email and name match the student you're trying to change the password for. The third line is a randomly generated password, if you do not wish to use that then please type a new password in the boxes above labeled "Please enter a new password" and then again in the "Confirm Password". Following the Password requirements in the box below and once they're all green then please click the green button labelled "Change Password" if all is successful then it should refresh the page!
