1. Open Google Chrome and navigate to id.sims.co.uk.

2. Enter your Hosted SIMS username and password and click Log In.

3. If you are logging in for the first time, you will be asked to change your password and set up security questions/answers.

4. Once logged in, you'll see 3 tiles on the page. Click the purple tile called SIMS.net.



5. You should now see a bar at the bottom with the file you have downloaded. Click the small arrow next to the file and click "Show in folder" (as shown in the screenshot below).



6. You will now see the file within your downloads folder. Right click it and click Send To > Desktop.



All done! You should now be able to access Hosted SIMS from your desktop.
