1. Navigate to cpu.co.uk/claim.
2. Locate your device serial number and enter it. You can find this on the back of the device.
3. Click check.
4. Select the claim type.
5. You will be redirected to a website with the form relevant to your claim type.
6. Please complete the form accurately and to the best of your knowledge.
7. Once you have completed this form, please back up any data you may need.
8. Take your iPad to the IT Office. You will be notified when your iPad is ready to be collected again.
Please Note: Devices may take up to 2-3 weeks to be replaced and returned to School 21.
